I’m Amber Portis, the heart behind A.Greenhouse.
My passion for administration began while working as an Executive Assistant for a State Farm agent in April 2024. That opportunity sparked something in me, the joy of helping women stay organized, confident, and aligned.
With 5+ years in administrative experience and 9+ years in health and wellness, I blend structure with soul, supporting women who lead with excellence but need relief from the daily pressures of entrepreneurship.
How A.Greenhouse Began
A.Greenhouse was created during a turning point in my life.
After experiencing unemployment, I chose to reinvent myself, stepping into administrative support with faith, humility, and determination.
What started as survival grew into purpose.
As I supported entrepreneurs, I noticed a theme:
Black women were carrying their businesses alone.
Brilliant. Capable. Driven.
But tired.
I saw myself in them and I knew my mission.
The mission is to help high-achieving Black women:
